Summer Clinic Former Jenison state champion and current U of M wrestler David Johnson will be in Monday Aug 17 at 4:30 to perform a clinic for any one who is interested. The coaching staff would like to see a large turn out to ensure a competitive atmosphere and that every one has a good work out partner. David will be focusing on some unique aspects of wrestling including what it takes to be a state champion, goal setting, conditioning, mental toughness and the proper way to drill. This clinic will be an additional half an hour longer then our typical Monday workouts. We will begin the session at 4:30 and finish at 6:00pm. |
